14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with PrintEase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at printease23@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your Order ID or the email address used for the purchase.
- We will process your refund within 1–3 business days.

What Happens After a Refund
- Your license key will be deactivated and the app will revert to the free tier.
- The refund is processed by Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) and will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- You may re-purchase a license at any time after a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- More than 14 days have passed since the original purchase.
- The license key has been flagged for abuse (e.g., sharing, redistribution, or tampering).
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur fees and we are always willing to resolve issues directly. If you file a chargeback, your license will be immediately revoked.
