1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PrintEase, a desktop application for batch printing and PDF management ("Software"), operated by PrintEase ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a license or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

2. Merchant of Record

All payments for PrintEase are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, sales tax, and VAT compliance on our behalf. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

3. License

When you purchase PrintEase, you receive a per-machine, time-limited license that grants you access to the Pro features of the Software on a single computer.

• Non-transferable: Your license is tied to your specific machine ID and cannot be transferred to another device.
• Duration: Licenses are valid for the duration selected at checkout (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months).
• Renewal: You may renew your license at any time through the Software or website.

4. Digital Delivery

License keys are delivered digitally via email and auto-activated within the application. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is typically instant after successful payment.

5. Free Tier

PrintEase offers a free tier with limited features (up to 20 pages per document). The free tier does not require a license key and is available indefinitely.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Share, redistribute, or resell your license key.
• Attempt to bypass license validation or tamper with license files.
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

7. License Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke a license if:

• A refund has been issued for the associated purchase.
• The license key has been shared or used on unauthorized machines.
• Tampering with license files or clock manipulation is detected.

8. Limitation of Liability

PrintEase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss, printing errors, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
