Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with PrintEase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at printease23@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your Order ID or the email address used for the purchase.
  3. We will process your refund within 1–3 business days.

What Happens After a Refund

  • Your license key will be deactivated and the app will revert to the free tier.
  • The refund is processed by Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) and will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • You may re-purchase a license at any time after a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the original purchase.
  • The license key has been flagged for abuse (e.g., sharing, redistribution, or tampering).

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur fees and we are always willing to resolve issues directly. If you file a chargeback, your license will be immediately revoked.
